BRANDING PROCESSES
Pad Printing
Utilises a custom made pad to print up to 7 spot colours (PMS colour matched)
on hard products such as pens, clocks, calculators, golf balls, etc. Soft
products such as stress balls can be printed in one colour only.
Some multi colour logos may be difficult to print on some products, due
to registration problems. If this is the case we will offer a more suitable
alternative.
Screen Printing
Used on clothing, bags, etc. Spot colour (PMS colour matched) or 4 colour
process printing.
Plastisol Transfer
Used when a logo has fine detail and needs to be printed on textured materials.
Decal Printing
Used on coffee mugs and glassware. A spot colour or 4 colour process decal
is pre-printed and then adhered to the product with heat.
Offset Printing
1-4 colour process printing on paper based products, such as brochures,
calendars, etc.
Laser Engraving
Fine engraving of logos into metal products for a permanent brand. Some
aluminium and plastic products can also be engraved.
Embroidery
Logo or message is sewn directly onto the product, eg. Cap, polo shirt,
etc. Cost is based upon number of stitches within the logo.
Hot Foil Stamping
Hot foil is stamped into the material and leaves a permanent shiny foil
branding on leather or non-leather folders, bags, etc.
Blind Embossing
Logo is heat pressed into the material to leave a more subtle branding
on leather or non-leather folders, bags, etc.
